Due to my advanced age(83) and failing health, I have decided to offer my long established and profitable business for sale. I will listen to all offers. Ideally, one person/group should take over the entire operation, which consists of four parts. But, I will consider selling the separate entities.

1. Studio/workshop
2. Storage cabinets and finished inventory
3. Operating WebSite
4. Retail Store and inventory

Studio/workshop consists of all necessary tools and machinery to produce precious metal jewelry.
Can accommodate up to 5 workers, as now set-up. Must be moved from this location.
There are 3 polishing machines, one of which is used for lapping, complete with dust collecting system, 2 soldering positions, spray booth, spray guns, regulators, 2hp compressor, squaring shears(2), scroll saw, precision cut-off saw, beading machines(2), belt sanders, jewelry foot presses(3)(2 are 10 ton Ruesh presses), approximately 1000 steel stamping and blanking dies(all the standard circles, squares, diamonds, ovals and our own designs that have been developed over the past 45 years, plus those purchased from the old “Rebajes” coppersmith firm, many 1000’s of models and molds for lost wax casting of precious metal plus lots of small tools, pliers, hammers, ring stakes, dapping tools etc, etc.

Cabinets and finished inventory. There are 24 stock cabinets (specially built) for the stocking of finished inventory. All of which id individually polly bagged and ticketed with style number and retail prices. Retail value estimated at $300,000 – $400,000.
All nice, clean, saleable merchandise. Will be offered at 25% below wholesale. Final Numbers will be determined by a physical inventory.

Retail store, specializing in selling sterling silver and custom making of gold jewelry. Store has been established at the same location for the past 26 years. Over the past 7 years, our gross sales have averaged $197,500 annually. Inventory as of 12/31/2004 was $881,408 at retail level. Inventory will be offered at 25% below wholesale cost. Store fixtures, lighting, stock cabinets and all store accessories are valued at $25,000. We would expect something for the business, as an established, on-going, turn-key operation. We can offer a long-term, very desirable lease.

Lastly, when studio/workshop, stock, website and retail store have been sold, I will consider selling the property in which the store is located. This property consists of four retail shops and two apartments in a separate house and most important is parking space for five cars. All shops and apartments are fully rented to long-term tenants.
